A networking opportunity between Swedish students (Alumni) and researchers, and alumni of the TOBITATE! Study Abroad Initiative, a scholarship program run by Japan’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), which counts over 10,000 Scholars all over Japan. 

This is the first event organized by TOBITATE and STINT, The Swedish Foundation for International Cooperation in Research and Higher Education, exclusively to connect the Swedish community in Japan with TOBITATE’s Alumni. Mr. Satoru Araune, Project Director of TOBITATE, will also be attending. It’s a valuable chance to connect with a diverse community of TOBITATE! Scholars, who are primarily in their 20s to late 30s and active in various fields. Come join us and enjoy this afterwork in the warm, cheerful spirit of Sweden’s Fika’ and Japan’s ‘Kanpai’!

Participation Fee: 1,000 JPY (to cover for the venue and refreshments)

Capacity: Total of 40. 20 participants from each side (Sweden/Japan)
